Cousin Lovin

We welcomed a new cousin into our lives on Tuesday. Jackson David Rude was born to Dan's oldest brother Dave and his wife Kearstin.  I have not gotten to snuggle the little guy yet but we did get the privilege of hanging out with their oldest two beautiful girls, Eden and Brielle. 

What an exciting afternoon hanging with six kids all under the age of five. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their cousin time. Eden and Brielle fit right in with my big kids. Quinton and Eden played HOURS of tennis, while Rex, Myla and Brielle pushed things around and drove the cars. 

We had some entertainment help from two bunnies in our neighbor's yard who hopped around on several different occasions.

Myla and Brielle are only about 5 weeks apart. I think with their blue eyes and crazy blonde hair they are bound to be great friends.

Eden and Quinn were a perfect match for each other. They were so happy hitting back and forth. Their conversation while playing was very entertaining, "Good hit, bad hit, nice try, look at us!"

We loved every minute with the little Rude girls and looking forward to snuggling baby Jackson. We are a blessed and growing Rude family!
