10 Months

Once again, life keeps going at an astonishing pace.

10 months.

There are two words to describe Titan.

DETERMINED

STUBBORN

He is unbelievably determined and oh so stubborn. If the boy wants something he WILL get it. I so regularly hear, "Mommmmm, get Titan away," or, "Tyyyyyyyy Stop," or, "Mom he's getting my stuff." He loves to get right into the action and usually the action involves taking their things.

The other day Dan and Ty were sitting in our hallway and for over 5 minutes Titan reached over and over and over and over and over again for the night light. Dan tried to distract him but he was determined to get his hands on that light. Dan wanted to see how long Ty would keep going for it. Dan gave up long before Titan did and moved locations but it was quite comical to see his little perseverance.

Titan is so stinkin stubborn. We have been working for two months straight on a bottle. My milk supply is gone so we are using bottles. And when I say "we" I mean I fill them up, he throws them, pushes them, hits them, spits them out, screams at them, hates them. It's funny thinking about just how stubborn he is. I have literally tried everything! They poor boy rarely has a wet diaper. Today with some unique techniques he maybe drank 4 ounces throughout the entire day. Silly? Yes. Frustrating? Yes. Stubborn? Without question! Do we still adore him? Completely!

He has joined the rest of the gang with getting extremely excited when Daddy comes home. He totally leans for Dan any time he is near. He is such a sweet little man. He always has a smile for Dan, myself and his siblings. Quinn, Rex and Myla truly enjoy him. They love to read him books, include him when they're playing house, play ball with him and they are experts at letting me know when he is doing something he shouldn't. Titan has very quickly mastered the entire staircase and loves to climb up them, he also has discovered toilet paper. He is a mischievous little guy. I just love that he likes to be a part of everything.

His stubbornness and determination will serve him well being the youngest. We continue to delight in him and love to see his fun personality emerge. Smiles and giggles are never at a shortage with him.

Loving our little eight toothed, 10 month old. Blessed to be his momma.
